Off to Palau

Well memorial weekend is almost here and a large group of us are spending it in Palau Diving. Maybe the next pictures will be of a Tiger Shark or something fascinating. Enjoy your weekend.

5K Step to a Cure

Today we got up early to run a little 5K in the name of Cancer Awareness. We had a great time except for my sore foot which is still wondering whats up. Anyway, a nice way to start you Sunday.

Today we had another nice 2 1/2 hours swimming with the Gentle Giants. Here is a few fun sunspot pictures...they always look better on your camera then when you see them larger on your computer. Even though, it was a blast!
