We got up at 5 this morning hopes of see a Manta Ray. To our surprise we spent about 2 hours in the water with 8 Mantas that continues to circle us over and over. Wow, what a Sabbath morning!! Of course they were hear to enjoy some Plankton so the pictures had a too much backscatter but it was still an amazing dive!!
Hafa Adai Everyone, Eric and I had the pleasure of heading down to Anilao, Batangas this last weekend. We had been in the area before but didn't have amazing diving. This time we stayed at Club Occelaris who dives guides were amazing. 2 days of diving, 9 dives, 20+ New nudibranch and many other new and old critters. Needless to say we had and awesome time. There is a slideshow with about 100+ photos, but I'll add my 5 favorite finds for those not SO interested in Nudibranchs. A good time was had by all!!!
Gymnodoris rubropaillosa
Janolus sp.
Chromodoris Roboi
Armenia sp.

This weekend we enjoyed a few hikes some food and even a little relaxation. Sabbath we went down 1000 Steps thinking we would encounter a nice low tide. Instead we found the wave pounding the rocks. Needless to say our IQ's hadn't risen to their normally high stature and we headed down to tidpools anyway. On one occasion I remember looking back after a huge wave and not being able to see Scott and Mikes head above water. If you want to see our insanity look at Scott and Erica's Blog... On Sunday we had a brunch at our place and enjoyed some homemade goodies that were full of cavity fighting vitamins!! Now the week starts all over so back to work!!
This weekend Enoch Ross dropped by to say hello. He has been help hold down the fort in Saipan while the rest of us were in New Zealand. It was great to see him again but unfortunately my camera was MIA... thus I had to steal a photo from Scott!! Hope you enjoyed Guam Enoch, come again any time!!!
